Ideagen Go is Ideagen's airport operations platform for managing flight activity, public noise complaints and reporting - without requiring physical noise monitoring hardware on the ground.
Built for airports of any size, Ideagen Go gives your operations team a web-based view of flight movements, incoming complaints and day-to-day reports. Whether you are responding to a resident about a specific flight, reviewing overnight runway usage or preparing a monthly summary for your management team, Casper Go! brings it all into one place.
Who is Ideagen Go for?
Ideagen Go is designed for airport operations teams, community relations managers and environment officers - anyone responsible for handling public noise complaints or providing operational data to stakeholders. If you already use another Ideagen product, Ideagen Go extends your visibility into airport operations without a significant hardware investment.
What does Ideagen Go include?
Ideagen Go is organised around four main areas: the dashboard, flights, complaints and reports.
Dashboard
The dashboard gives your team a real-time overview of activity at your airport. Depending on your configuration, you can see current flight volumes, which runways are in use, active weather conditions and the status of incoming complaints. The dashboard is tailored to your airport during setup, including runway orientations and the day and night time periods relevant to your operations.
Flights
The flights module processes incoming radar data - typically ADS-B or SWIM feeds - to build a continuous record of flight movements at your airport. Each track records the aircraft's path, the runway used and the time of the movement. This data feeds into your dashboards and reports, and supports your team when responding to complaints about specific flights.
Complaints
The complaints module provides a structured workflow for receiving, logging and responding to noise complaints from members of the public. Complaints can arrive through a public web form or be entered manually by your team. You can assign complaint categories, generate templated responses and track which complaints remain open. Response emails are sent directly from your airport's email address.
Reports
The reports module lets your team generate consistent, repeatable reports on flight operations and complaint volumes. Standard report templates are configured during setup. Your administrator can also create custom report formats to support specific operational or regulatory reporting requirements.
How Ideagen Go relates to Casper Noise?
Ideagen Go and Ideagen Casper Noise share the same core architecture and user interface. The difference is that Ideagen Casper Noise adds physical noise monitoring terminals (NMTs) - hardware units placed around the airport boundary - which allow you to capture and correlate measured noise levels with individual flight tracks.
Ideagen Go focuses on the operational and community-facing side of airport management: tracking flights, handling complaints and producing reports. If your airport later decides to add noise monitoring hardware, the platform is designed to grow into Ideagen Casper Noise without requiring a change of system.
Getting started
Once your implementation team has completed setup, you will receive a URL and login credentials for your Ideagen Go instance.
Your administrator will configure your user account with a role that controls which parts of the system you can access and what actions you can take. If you cannot see a section you expect, contact your system administrator.
For questions about initial setup or configuration, refer to the documentation provided during onboarding, or raise a support request through Ideagen Luminate.
