This article explains how to create and change NMT (Network Maintenance Terminal) locations using the mobile maintenance app.

Creating a new NMT location

All NMT locations are initially created by the Ideagen Support Team. You cannot create new locations yourself.

Changing an NMT location

When you need to move an NMT to a new location, you must first close the current location and then set up the new one.

To close the current location:

1. Open the mobile maintenance app.
2. Select the NMT.
3. Go to Info.
4. Select Edit location.
5. Select Close location.

This sets an end date for the current location and switches the NMT to inactive status.

To set up the new location:

1. Move to the new location with the mobile NMT.
2. Complete the physical setup.
3. Select Edit location again.
4. Check that the Start date/time are correct (should be the current time).
5. Check that the Public? dropdown field is set to Yes (if you need the location to display on the Flighttracker).
6. Change the Address and Lat Long Coordinates.
7. Add a Description.
8. Select Save location.

Tip: You can quickly reuse addresses from previous locations via a dropdown menu that appears when you click on the Address field.

Modifier un emplacement NMT

Pour fermer l'emplacement actuel :

1. Depuis l'application de maintenance mobile, sélectionnez le NMT.
2. Accédez au menu Info.
3. Sélectionnez Modifier.
4. Cliquez sur Fermer.

Cette action fixe une date de fin à l'emplacement actuel et le NMT passe à l'état Inactif.

Pour configurer le nouvel emplacement :

1. Une fois au nouvel emplacement avec le NMT mobile configuré, cliquez à nouveau sur Modifier l'emplacement.
2. Vérifiez que la date et l'heure de départ sont correctes (il doit s'agir de l'heure actuelle).
3. Vérifiez que le champ déroulant Public ? est réglé sur Oui (s'il est nécessaire de l'afficher sur Flighttracker).
4. Modifiez l'adresse et les coordonnées longitude/latitude.
5. Ajoutez une description.
6. Cliquez sur Enregistrer l'emplacement.

Conseil : Les adresses des sites précédents peuvent être réutilisées facilement grâce à un menu déroulant qui s'affiche lorsque l'on clique sur le champ Adresse.

5. Fügen Sie eine Beschreibung hinzu.
6. Klicken Sie auf Standort speichern.

Tipp: Adressen von früheren Standorten können über ein Dropdown-Menü, das beim Klicken auf das Adressfeld angezeigt wird, schnell wieder verwendet werden.
